HMI uses a LCD touch screen display: 3.5”, 5.7”, 7.0", 8.4”,10.4" and 12.1", with:

l* >2 serial ports (RS232 / RS485), USB connectors, Ethernet, micro SD, giving good communication, fast data transmission

* allows for access to PLC from SCADA, off-line and on-line application simmulator (communication test from PLC)

** PLC - via RS232 / RS485 - to HMI panel - via RS232 / RS 485 to measuring Transducer (temperature oC, RH humidity, ohm resitivity, DC current, AC current, wave), HMI can communicate using Ethernet (TCP/IP, Modbus, UDP)

* IP65 front face

* High security (8 access levels from applications)

 

HMI has CPU processor, memories, easily configurable software and interfaces to allow visualize industrial processes and communication: human operator - machine.

HMI panels use Panel Master software to configure the control application including such elements as:

* macros – to calculate variables of process and control through I/O modules, and for data conversion 

* records data, alarms and events (battery-operated memory).

* recipes – technological parameters stored in PLC controllers.

* alarms – can also be stored in a battery-operated memory.
